Nothing hidden

Every one of the 10 pages

The honest question about any digital binder is whether it is padded. Here is the whole file at a glance — no video, no scrolling, no selective gallery.

Who it is for

Anyone who has walked out of an appointment and realised they asked nothing.

What it does

  • Card-sized, so they go in a pocket rather than getting left at home
  • Space for the answer on the same card as the question
  • Different card sets for the situations that actually come up
  • The cheapest way to find out whether these forms suit you

Questions people ask

Is any of this stored online?

No. You download a file. You fill it in on paper, or on your own device if you prefer. There is no account, no upload and no sync — nothing about your parent ever reaches us or anyone else. We think this is the most important question on the page, and it is the one nobody in this category answers.

Is this a physical binder?

No. It is a file you download and print — the whole thing, or one page at a time, as often as you need. Printable tab dividers, a cover and a spine label are included, so a shop-bought two-inch binder becomes this one.

Can I print it more than once?

Yes. Print a fresh copy of any page whenever it changes, and print a second full set for a sibling. There is no limit and no per-print charge.

Can I fill it in on screen?

Yes — the pages work as normal PDFs in any reader that lets you type on a page. Most people print the daily logs and type the reference pages.

Does it work outside the US?

The forms are country-neutral: they record what your parent's professionals tell you, and those categories are the same everywhere. Both US Letter and A4 are in the same file. Anything specific to a national system is left blank for you to fill in.

What if it is not right for me?

Reply to your receipt and we refund it. You do not have to explain why, and you do not have to delete the file.

Is this medical advice?

No, and deliberately so. The Working Binder publishes organisational tools — blank forms, checklists and questions to ask. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your parent. Always ask your parent's doctor, pharmacist, solicitor or adviser about their care.

Would you have the answers at 3am?

Medications, allergies, doctors, insurance numbers, next of kin — on one page for the fridge, plus a three-page hospital go-sheet. Free.
